The Black princesses failed to hold on as they conceded at the 95th to hand France a valuable point in the second group game.
Cascarino opened the scoring in the 30th minute but two goals from Sandra Owusu-Ansah and Jane Ayieyam in 44th and 65th gave the Princesses the lead only for Ghana to surrender the lead after Antwi misjudged a cross for Mateo to head home the equalizer.
The result means, Didi Dramani’s side would have to pull enough strings against the United States if they still harbor the chance of sailing through but that will be even dependent on other group games.
The Princesses occupy bottom of Group C log with just one point from two games and will hope to progress to the next phase of the tourney win a win against USA on Monday
