Ghana defender Joseph Attamah Laweh was on target in Istanbul Basaksehir’s 3-0 defeat of Bursaspor in the Turkish Super Lig on Sunday.
The 24-year-old, who joined Abdullah Avci’s side from Adana Demirspor last two seasons, gave them the lead on 17th minute, when he rose above his marker to head home a cross from Emre Belozoglu.

He was however booked just a minute after breaking the virginity of the game at Timsah Arena.
The visitors kept their dominance in the crunch game in their quest to score more goals and their effort finally paid off when Brazilian midfielder Marcio Mossoro doubled the lead in the 58th minute with a superb strike.
Former Barcelona Arda Turan midfielder who had come on to replace Marcio Mossoro struck four minutes away from stoppage time to ensure the visitors completed their 3-0 demolishing exercise over Bursaspor at their own back yard.
Meanwhile, his country man Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu played full throttle for Bursaspor but could not do enough to salvage his side from the massive humiliation on Sunday.
Istanbul Basaksehir currently lead the Turkish Super Lig with 39 points after playing 18 matches so far.
