Former Ghana U23 star Bernard Aryee is set to launch his new foundation which is aimed at helping the needy in the society.
The former Hearts of Oak and Great Olympics star has taken it upon himself to help the less privileged in the society.
The foundation which will be named “Bernard Aryee Foundation” is expected to be officially launched at the Mamprobi Indafah Park on Saturday.
Bernard Aryee is a Ghanaian born in 23 April 1973 who became a great football player in Ghana, He was a member of the Men’s National Team that won the bronze medal at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Spain.
During his playing Career he played for the Great Olympics ,Accra Hearts of Oak and Liberty Professionals F.C., during his time with Liberty Professional Bernard was also assigned with the responsibility of coaching their Youth Team. He held that position with distinction, and a winning record for five years.
He resides in the USA, and holds soccer coaching clinics for kids in and around the Maryland, Virginia and DC Metro areas, and also the head coach of the Washington DC black Meteors Soccer team, based in Silver Spring, Maryland.
