Breaking News: Gladys Amfobea dropped from final Black Princesses squad for U20 Women’s WC

Lady Strikers defender Gladys Amfobea has been dropped from the final Black Princesses squad for the 2016 U20 Womens World Cup, Sportsworldghana.com can exclusively reveal.

Ghana U20 female coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani has named his final 21-woman squad for the FIFA Under-20 Women’s World Cup finals in Papua New Guinea.

Ghana U17 captain Sandra Owusu Ansah, who led the Black Maidens to the quarterfinals at the 2016 Fifa U17 Women’s World Cup in Jordan made the cut as well as five foreign based players but hard-working defender Naomi Anima will me missing due to injury.

Ghana play their Group D opener against New Zealand on 14 November  before engaging France three days later.

The Black Princesses final Group match will be against United State of
America.
