Contrary to reports in the media that Ghana has been given an additional two slots to participate in Africa both in the CAF Confederations Cup and CAF champions league competitions, Ghana Football Association boss Kwesi Nyantakyi says CAF has not handed Ghana any additional slot. The head coach of the national Under 17 team, coach Paa Kwesi Fabin  has stated that his side will beat their Ivorian counterparts if they get fair officiating in their return leg fixture. The Black Starlets beat their Ivorian Counterparts 3-1 in the All African Games qualifier at the Cape Coast sports Stadium Sunday afternoon. The Ghanaian U17 side having edged out Burkina Faso in the qualifiers picked a 3-1 victory of the young elephant of Cote d’ivoire in the final round of the qualifier first leg. Captain Eric Ayiah scored two goals before Emmanuel Toku added one later to give Paa Kwesi Fabian’s 3-1 victory on the day. The reverse leg takes place in Abidjan a fortnight later.
