According to the Ghana Football Association, the Ghana Sports Ministry has debunked figures circulating in the Local media of a rise in the bonus of the Black Stars. Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan has revealed that the flight delay the team ecountered moving from their camping base in Al Ain to Port-Gentil on Friday 13th January for the Africa Cup of Nations affected their physical conditions in the Uganda game. Ghana defender Baba Abdul-Rahman will travel to Germany today (Thursday) to undergo further tests and possible surgery over a knee injury he suffered at the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations in Gabon.
