Despite media speculations surrounding the ownership of the team, Liberty Professionals on Tuesday afternoon begun pre-season training as the club readies itself for the start of the 2018 Ghana Premier League campaign. The training which took place a the club’s Carl Reindorf Park in Dansoman saw about 25 first team players reporting with about 40 trialists. Hearts of Oak’s new  kits for the upcoming season nicknamed “the best kits ever” have been leaked. The Jersey with the Rainbow club colours has been circulating on the various social media platforms since Monday . The jersey looks like their strips which was used during their 2000 CAF Champions League campaign which the Phobians emerged as champions. The Capital-based club signed a partnership deal with Barex Sportswear which the deal was brokered by Pacific Sports Company last year. Accra Hearts of Oak have shown strong interest in signing  in Asante Kotoko reject Evans Quao. Barnsley’s Ghanaian left-back Andy Yiadom remains a major transfer target for struggling Premier League side Swansea City. Newly-promoted Ghana Premier League side Karela United have touch down in Cote d’Ivoire for pre-season training tour.  The Passioners will spend 21 days in the Francophone West African country as they prepare ahead of 2018 season. Nzema-based side are set to play friendly matches against top-flight sides in  Cote d’Ivoire to test their readiness for  next season.
