Inter Allies head coach Prince Owusu has advised club owners in Ghana to allow their coaches to sign their own players. According to the former Medeama SC, it would be prudent for coaches in the Ghana Premier League to be allowed to sign players they believe can suit their style of play to ease off pressure on them.
