Ghana winger Frank Acheampon has completed a year loan deal to Chinese Super League side Tianjin Teda FC. The former Anderlecht winger will be at the Chinese side until 2018 and will sign a permanent deal if he still wants to stay in the Asian country. Egypt’s Minister of Youth and Sports Khaled Abdel-Aziz has revealed that 70,000 fans will be allowed to attend Egypt’s World Cup qualifier against Uganda next September. The Pharaohs will travel to Kampala to face the Cranes on Thursday, August 31 at the Mandela National Stadium, before hosting them on the 5th of September at Borg El Arab stadium in the fourth round of Group E. Former Ghana midfielder Kofi Ntow Gyan has alleged that the sons of legendary Ghanaian striker Abedi ‘Pele’ Ayew are causing division within the Black Stars. According to Gyan, a similar confusion caused by Abedi Pele and Tony Yeboah over captaincy led to the failure of the Black Stars to win the 1992 Africa Cup of Nations.
