Dreams FC midfield pass-master Emmanuel Lomotey has secured a move to Spanish third-tier side Extremadura UD.
The young rising midfielder who is currently a part of the Ghana Black Stars squad playing in the ongoing WAFU tourney made the switch from Dreams Football Club on transfer deadline day, August 30.
“He joins on an initial season-long loan move with an option for a further three-year deal if the move is made permanent,”club official website has confirmed.
Lomotey made 24 appearances, scored 10 times and provided 10 assists as the Still Believe lads emerged champions to make a swift return to the Ghanaian top flight.
His elegant style of play coupled with his immense passing ability saw him emerge as the MVP of Dreams fc in the just ended GN Bank Division One League.
The pass master has been influential in midfield for Coach Maxwell Konadu’s set up after two successive wins in the WAFU Cup.
Prior to his move to Extremadura, Lomotey was being sought after by clubs in Scotland, Serbia and the Czech Republic.
