The Black Starlets on Wednesday walloped host Gabon 5-0 at the Africa Under 17 Championship to qualify for the 2017 FIFA Under 17 World Cup slated for India.
Coach Paa Kwesi Fabin’s side have thus made it two wins out of two games and have progressed to the semi final of the competition.
Captain Eric Ayiah secured his second brace of the competition after opening the scoring from the spot in the 29th minute and now lead the goal king race with four goals.
Winger Emmanuel Toku also scored twice in the 34th and 66th minutes respectively.
Striker Patmos Arhin came off the bench to score the fifth goal in the 76th minute minute with what appeared to be his first touch of the ball.
Ghana will now play Guinea, who drew 1-1 with Cameroon, in their final Group match on Saturday.
