Ghana midfielder Afriyie Acquah targeted by Genoa

Italian Serie A side Genoa have made Ghana international Afriyie Acquah their Ultimate target for the impending January transfer window.
Genoa have already signed former Villareal attacker Giuseppe Rossi and are now keen on signing the Ghanaian enforcer from Torino as they seek to refresh their midfield .
Renowned Italian sports portal Calciomercato reports that Genoa are ready to open negotiations with Torino on Acquah with less than a month to the window.
Genoa have been poor in the middle for a year since the sale of Tomas Rincon to Juventus and they are optimistic that Acquah can fill the void.

Acquah arrived at Torino in the summer of 2015 and has went on to play 65 games scoring five goals and providing five assists.

The former Parma midfielder has two more years left on his contract but can leave if any good offer comes.
