Ghana Premier League week 14 fixtures have been postponed to May 6 and 7 by the nation’s football governing body GFA due to Kotoko and Hearts of Oak involvement in Ghana’s 60th Independence day celebration match.
The League was due to continue after Wednesday League games at the various venues.
But the upcoming anniversary match between the two most bitterest rivals in the country have compelled authorities to postpone the week 14 League fixtures to enable fans watch the game at the Accra Sports Stadium.

The 2005 CAF Confederations Cup finalists will refurbish their rivalry when they engage each other in the President Cup on May 1.
