Popular and outspoken Hearts of Oak supporter Maxwell Asabre has lambasted the current managers of the team for celebrating finishing in the top four of this season’s league.
Maxwell who opposed the floatation of shares that brought the current management of the club into office bemoaned the current state of the team.
“Hearts have been reduced to an ordinary club. To say that because we finished 13th last season ,we should celebrate finishing 4th is an insult to Hearts fans. The current board must know that they took over the club as a champion club”, he fumed
Hearts of Oak are yet to win the title under the current management. A chance to win it this year was scuppered by management’s decision to part ways with Japanese trainer Kenichi Yatsuhashi.
They are now 4th with a game to end the season.
