Hearts: Leonard Tawiah & Nimo declared fit for Liberty clash

Accra Hearts of Oak duo Leonard Tawiah and Anthony Nimo have been passed fit for this weekend’s league game with Liberty Professionals.

Hearts will host Liberty Professionals in the match-day 16 of the 2016/17 Ghana Premier League season this Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium and the Phobians have been handed a boost with the return of Tawiah and Nimo to full training.

Defensive midfielder Leonard Tawiah sustained a cut to his forehead in the 4-0 drubbing of Kotoku Royals last Sunday and he had to come off at half-time. But Tawiah has recovered in time for the Liberty game having trained fully with the squad on Friday.

Right back Anthony Nimo has been out for some time now with his last game coming in the 3-1 GHANA AT 60 Anniversary Cup first league victory over Asante Kotoko. He has also joined full training and coach Frank Nuttall confirmed the duo’s availability for the Liberty game.

“They are fine and are okay; they have no problem,” the Hearts head coach told club’s website mentioned to accraheartsofoaksc.com
