Ghana fottball Association President Kwesi Nyantakyi has revealed that he threw his weight behind the newly-elected CAF president Ahmad Ahmad for positive change during CAF’s elections.
The astute football administrator says delegates who bought into the ideology of Ahmad Ahmad also felt it was time for change the top hierarchy at CAF hence his decision to support the Madagascar FA boss.
“It was the time to end an era by ushering in a new administration that can change the face of CAF for the next four years,” Nyantakyi told reporters at the GFA secretariat.
