Former Medeama trainer Tom Strand has set an audacious target of coaching the Black Stars in future.
The 34 year –old guided the Mauves and yellow to win the MTN FA Cup and also over saw their CAF Confederations Campaign in Africa last season but left the club under shocking circumstances.
The GFA is in search of a new trainer after Coach Avram Grants contract expired after the 2017 Africa Cup of nations in Gabon.
But the Swedish tactician who admits he will not be giving the job even if he applies, insists he will do so in the not too distant future .
“Me i am ready but i don’t think that Ghana or Nyantakyi will give me the job i don’t know but maybe he would because he knows that i can produce good football play and i can create a good team that can play a fantastic football “he told Starr FM
“But i don’t think my time is now,i think my time for Coaching the Black Stars i would like to do that in Qatar in 2022 and that will be a good time for me to apply for the Stars job”he added.
