Waasland-Beveren kingpin Nana Opoku Ampomah, has disclosed in an interview his admiration for English Premier League side Arsenal and says it would be ‘a dream come true’ to wear the Gunners shirt.
The 22-year old forward has had a brilliant start to the Belgium Jupiler League and according to him, Arsenal has been his boyhood club and that playing for them in future would be a ‘dream come true’ .
The Black Stars winger however, adds that he would gladly welcome offers to play for Chelsea and Manchester once the opportunity comes.
”You can dream to play for Chelsea, Manchester United or Arsenal but then if they don’t come for you your dreams never comes true but we will see, I just have to wok hard, focus on the game and we will see where I can get to,”
”But I think I like Arsenal more because I like their style of playing. It’s one of the teams I really liked growing up as a child so really like Arsenal. It will be a dream come true to play for Arsenal,” Ampomah exclusively told SportsworldGhana.com in an interview
Amponmah, has this season so far scored five [5] goals in nine games for Waasland-Beveren in the Belgian Pro League, starting in eight of the nine matches and have been booked twice.
Waasland-Beveren sit 13th on the league log with 9 points after week 10 of the Belgian top-flight.
