Asante Kotoko have reached an agreement with Techiman City over the transfer of dangerous attacking midfielder Baba Mahama.
Aduana Stars were also reported to be keenly contesting Kotoko for the services of the young but energetic midfielder.
But according to Coach Michael Osei the player has agreed personal terms with Kotoko pending the passing of a mandatory medical.
Mahama was very instrumental figure for Techiman City only that he failed to help them survive relegation
He is expected to sign a permanent contract with the Porcupine Warriors after both parties reached an agreement.
“We are almost done with Baba Mahama, we have agreed terms so it is likely he will be joining us any moment from now,” Caretaker coach Michael Osei told Asempa FM.
Sportsworldghana.com understands Kotoko will also soon complete the signing of Heart of Lions duo Prince Acquah and Isaac Quansah.
