The Cape Coast High Court ‘2’ presided over by Justice Dapaah has declared MNS Doe winner of the dispute in Central Region FA chairmanship election two years ago.
Mr Arthur, former CEO of BA United secured 26 votes in a keenly contested elections to beat Mr Doe who had 24 votes out of the total vote cast.
