A group of Asante Kotoko supporters are bemoaning the shambolic state of their club stating they and a section of the media are the real cause to the club’s problem.
The Porcupine Warriors have failed to record a win in their last 8 premier league games, a feat which is not known for the elite premier league club.
After Kotoko’s match day 11 game against Abusua Dwarfs in Kumasi, the 2012/13 league champions parted ways with their Croatian trainer Dzravcko Lugarusic following an intensed pressure from the club fans.
The decision to have sacked the expat head coach has become unpopular yielding no positive result as the woes of the club have rather deepen since Dzravco’s departure.
A section of the club fans speaking to Kessben TV channeled the blame to themselves as the root cause to the problems of the team. They also added how the media especially presenters on Radio have been a tool in their problems.
Kotoko now lies 7th on the premier league table after the first round of the league.
