CAF Confederations Cup champions Tout Puissant (TP) Mazembe have abrogated the contract of Ghanaian defender Richard Kissi Boateng on mutual agreement.
The former Berekum Chelsea defender who in 2013 joined the TP Mazembe has been part of the success story of the club in recent times as they clinched the CAF Champions league, CAF Confederations Cup and CAF Super Cup twice alongside several domestic league titles.
A letter signed by the club’s General Manager Frederic Kitenge indicated that both parties have agreed to part ways.
“We hereby confirm that the employment contract between T.P Mazembe and Richard Kissi Boateng has been terminated by mutual consent.”
“Mr. Kissi Boateng is thereby at Liberty to join any club of his choice,”
