Hearts of Oak board member Frank Nelson has imagined the mood of board chairman Togbe Afede XIV after the club won a first major title under the Togbe era.

“For him (Togbe Afede XIV) I think he is on cloud nine. He must be rejoicing wherever he is and I know the happiness in him if there was any obstacle ahead of him that might have been cleared due to this success.” Frank Nelson said to Fox FM.

“This trophy means a lot for us. You might have heard a whole of things said about the club in the past years and it was all due to lack of trophy but now we have one.” Mr. Nelson added.

Togbe Afede XIV took over as majority shareholder of Hearts of Oak in October 2011 and had to wait for almost a decade to see a first major title.
