Ghana’s 2018 World Cup Group E opponents Egypt head coach Hector Cuper has announced a 25-man squad to face Togo in an international friendly match.
The Pharaohs will be hoping to get their 2019 CAF Africa Cup of Nations Qualifiers off to a bright start and use the Sparrow Hawks clash to prepare.
Reports indicate that the Argentine manager wants his players in camp from March 22 until March 28 in Alexandria.
The manager has called up 10 international players to join the camp including Wigan Athletic’s Sam Morsy, injured Arsenal midfielder Mohamed Elneny, and the in-form PAOK playmaker, Amr Warda.
It is also reported that Amr Gamal has returned to the national squad in addition to Zamalek’s goalkeeper Mahmoud Gennesh.
