Head Coach of Legon Cities, Goran Barjaktarevic has said that his team is not under no pressure to win the upcoming Ghana Premier League Season.
The Legon based club have been one of the busiest teams in the transfer window, causing a stir with the mega signing of Ghana’s all-time scorer Asamoah Gyan.
The club have also signed former Ebusua Dwarfs deadly striker Nicholas Gyan and former Asante Kotoko playmaker Baba Mahama ahead of the new season.
Despite all the top signings, the trainer believes showing progress and improvement as a team is their main objective.
“There is no pressure on me, of course, I would like to win everything but we will try to do our very best when the season begins.” He said.
“The most important thing is that we play good football so that the fans will see that we didn’t sleep during the break”
Legon Cities will begin their league campaign with a fixture against Berekum Chelsea on November 16, 2020, at the Accra Sports Stadium.
