Trabzonspor attacker Caleb Ekuban has been selected by C.K Akonnor as part of his Black Stars squad to face South Africa and Sao Tome et Principe for Day 5 and 6 of the 2021 AFCON qualification tournament and we focus on the 26-year old striker in this piece.
Ekuban has scored 7 goals in 24 games this season for the Turkish side. The striker has also made 3 assists this season.
Six goals have been scored in the Turkish SuperLig which is in the Top 15 leagues on the European continent.
The Black Stars striker is also the second topscorer of his team this season in the league on 6 goals alongside Nigerian forward Anthony Nwakaeme who has also netted six times for Trabzonspor who are 4th on the league table after 29 games.
The Ghanaian has however drew blank in his nine outings representing a poor run of form the former Leeds United striker.
