Cameroon welcome Ivory Coast in Douala on Tuesday night for the final group match of the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualification series of CAF.
The Ivorians lead the standings of Group D on 13 points and a draw will be enough to top the group against the Indomitable Lions who have a point less.
The match promises to be an interesting one with stakes so high for both teams and definitely Africa will be watching this encounter between two great soccer nations on the continent.
“We are playing at home and so we cannot afford to make mistakes in a row. The morale in camp is high. We want to win this match so that the Cameroonians will not be disappointed to have bought tickets to watch this game” Christian Basssogog said ahead of the Douala showdown.
