Ghana coach Milovan Rajevac has dropped In-form Ghanaian striker Joel Fameyeh from the Black Stars squad for Ethiopia, South Africa clash later this month.
The Serbian tactician has opted to ignore the Russian-based Ghanaian international forward for the crucial games against Ethiopia in Johannesburg at the Orlando stadium before facing South Africa in Cape Coast.
Striker, Richmond Boakye Yiadom who plys his trade in the Israeli Ligat HaAl for Beitar Jerusalem FC have been called up to take the place of Fameyeh.
The former Asokwa Deportivo SC striker has been part of the team for a while now but has lost his place after the Serbian coach, Milovan Rajevac took charge.
Though invited for the last international break, Fameyeh did not get a chance to feature in both games against Zimbabwe.
He has soced eight (8) goals and provided three (3) in 15 matches in the Russian First National League this season.
