Ghana head coach Milovan Rajevac, will on Thursday 4th November, 2021 announced his squad for the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualification games against Ethiopia and South Africa, according to the Ghana FA.
The Serbian manager will name his official squad for the two games in the qualifiers via a press conference at the Ghana Football Association’s Headquarters.
Already, there are reports bin the media that Sheriff FC star Edmund Addo and Isreal-based Richmond Boakye Yiadom have been invited for the two important games.
Ghana must beat Ethiopia and South Africa to qualify for the Africa World Cup playoffs and stand any realistic chance of qualifying to the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
The four-time African champions must overcome Ethiopia in South Africa and South Africa at the Cape Coast Stadium.
Log leaders Bafana Bafana will take on Zimbabwe at FNB Stadium on 11 November 2021 and three days later travel to Ghana for the match against the Black Stars on 14 November.
“The Ghana Football Association hereby invites the media to cover Coach Milovan Rajevac’s press conference at 12 noon on Thursday, November 4, 2021 as he names Ghana’s squad for this month’s FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 qualifiers against Ethiopia and South Africa.” A publication on Ghanafa.org stated.
The press conference will take place at the Conference Room of the Ghana Football Association in Accra.
The media is cordially invited.” The statement concluded.
Meanwhile, Group G leaders Bafana Bafana will take on Zimbabwe at FNB Stadium on 11 November 2021 and three days later travel to Ghana for the match against the Black Stars on 14 November.
