Ghana head coach Charles Kwablan Akonnor could name Crystal Palace duo Jeffery Schlupp and Jordan Ayew in the Black Stars starting lineup against Ethiopia in the 2022 World Cup qualifiers matchday one fixture on Friday at the Cape Coast Stadium.
The former Ghana captain after being monitored thoroughly during Thursday’s final training by Sports World Ghana, would start Richard Ofori in post with Reading duo of Baba Rahman and Andy Yiadom operating from the right-back and left-back positions respectively.
Strabzbourg star Alexander Djiku and Daniel Amartey of Leicester City will possibly partner in the Central defense.
In the midfielder will see a solid partnership of Mubarak Wakaso and Baba Iddrisu.
Jeffery Schlupp and Kamaldeen Sulemana will be tasked to operate from the flanks with the Ayew brothers leading the attack at the expense of Kwame Opoku and Joel Fameyeh.
