Asante Kotoko head coach Karim Zito says his squad is fully prepared for Sunday’s clash against Hohoe United, emphasizing that the team’s focus and training have set them up well for the encounter.
The Porcupine Warriors head into the fixture with a mixed run of form—three draws, one win, and one defeat in their last five matches—but Zito remains confident that the work done in training puts his side in a strong position.
When asked whether Kotoko are ready for the challenge, Zito delivered a direct and assured response.
“We are ready wherever. You see, we are training for the game. So we are ready for the game. We’ll go,” he told Asante Kotoko TV.
Kotoko currently sit 5th on the Ghana Premier League table with 21 points from 12 matches. Sunday’s trip to the Hohoe Sports Stadium presents another opportunity for the team to climb higher and build momentum.
With preparations complete and confidence steady within the squad, all attention now shifts to Hohoe United as the Porcupine Warriors seek a strong performance on the road.
