Former Accra Hearts of defender, Vincent Atingah powered the Yellow and Mauves over the Phobians in their outstanding fixture at the Akoon Park.
Accra Hearts of Oak engaged Medeama in an outstanding week 6 game fixture which had to be postponed due to the Phobians commitment in CAF Champions League. The capital giants came into the game with high spirit after a huge win at Bibiani over the weekend whereas the Tarkwa based side drew with Berekum Chelsea.
Daniel Afriyie and top marksman for Medeama Ahmed Toure were both culprit for either sides as they wasted half chances that came their way particularly in the second half of the game.
A clumsy tackle by the Hearts defense on the Ivorian Striker ensured the former Hearts of oak player was on hand to dispatch a neat penalty to the right-hand side of Richmond Ayi. Vincent Atingah was a fan-favourite of the Phobians after spending nearly three years with the club after transferring from Ebusua Dwarfs in 2014 to the Capital club.

The stalwart defender also played for Al Qadsiya, Al Shabab and KF Tirana before returning to Tarkwa to re-lunch his carrier.
