Black Stars coach Milovan Rajevac has accepted defeat against Comoros but believes Andre Ayew’s unfortunate red card changed everything in the game.

The Serbian tactician revealed that, though he thinks the minnows deserved their win over Ghana but his captain’s early exit had a telling effect on the game.

He also stated his team didn’t start the game how they wanted by conceding an early goal on the 4th minute mark.

Milovan Rajevac: “We didn’t start the game how we wanted and we conceded an early goal and then the red card changed everything. I think Comoros deserved this win”, he said after the game.

Andre Ayew was shown red card inside 25 minutes of the match when Ghana was already trailing by a lone goal.

Ghana shockingly succumbed to Comoros, a nation with less than a million population on Tuesday evening as they finished bottom of their group.
