St. Pauli manager, Timo Schultz, has described Ghanaian attacker Daniel Kofi Kyereh as someone who can’t be replaced ‘one-for-one’ in his team.
The 25-year old attacking midfielder was on target on Saturday when St. Pauli defeated Jahn Regensburg 2:3 in the German Bundesliga II.
The Ghanaian International was introduced on the 57th minute to replace Etienne Amenyido and quickly established himself in the game. His 66th minute strike helped St. Pauli to snatch an important away win.
Speaking after the game, Timo Schultz said: “We have never made a secret of the fact that Kofi is a player we cannot replace one-for-one,”
“The Black Stars player on the other hand, said: Most of the guys had to fight even longer than I did to win.”
Kyereh has now netted six goals and provided ten assists in 22 games in all competitions for FC St. Pauli so far this season.
