Red-hot Ghanaian forward Antoine Semenyo continued his impressive display for Bristol City as he scored and also provided an assist in his team’s in 2:1 win against Middlesbrough FC on Saturday in the English EFL Championship.

The 22-year-old Ghanaian forward, first set Andres Weimann  in the 7th minute to put the hosts ahead at the Ashton Gate Stadium.

The promising Ghanaian attacker who is currently on the radar of Scottish giants Celtic, was completely unplayable and he gave Middlesbrough FC hectic time throughout the full duration of the game.

His scintillating form was toppled with a brilliant strike in the 68th minute to give Bristol City a 2:0 lead before Matt Crooks scored the only consolation goal in the game for Middlesbrough FC in the 90th minute time as Bristol City picked all three points in the crucial away fixture.

Semenyo, who is chased by the leadership of the Ghana Football Association to feature for the Black Stars in the 2022 FIFA World Cup play-off against Nigeria next month, has so far bagged six goals and provided nine assists for Bristol City this campaign.
