Celta Vigo defender Joseph Aidoo returns to the Black Stars selection for the 2022 FIFA World Cup play off against Nigeria and his Spanish club wishes him well.
The former Inter Allies defender has established himself as an undisputed starter at the La Liga side this season appearing in 23 league games.

The 26-year old was snubbed by Milovan Rajevac for the 2021 AFCON in Cameroon but current Ghana boss Otto Addo has invited him in his first ever selection.
Joseph Aidoo has been voted Celta Vigo player of the month for consecutive months and his call-up is merited.
