English Fourth Tier League Goalkeeper, Joseph Luke Wollacott has guided Black Stars to the 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament in Qatar later this year.

The Swindon Town FC goalie kept the goal post for Ghana in their crucial World Cup playoff games against Nigeria both in Kumasi and Abuja.

He was in a dazzling form for the Stars in Kumasi as he saved Moses Simon’s point blank shot from inside the box to keep it the score at 1-1.

The 25-year-old shot-stopper kept a clean sheet in the game in Kumasi with some good saves in the game.

In the return leg when everything was against Ghana at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium in Abuja, Wollacot kept his composure throughout the match pulling some wonderful saves to deny the Super Eagles.

His performance in recent games has earned him a plaudits from many football loving fans in the country.

The tournament will commence on November 18th and ends on December 21st this year in the Asian country, Qatar.

He could be playing in his first FIFA World Cup tournament should he maintain his form at club level.
