Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has hailed the appointment of Erik ten Hag as the new Manchester United manager.
The City manager answered questions from the media ahead of his team’s Week 33 Premier League game against Watford on Saturday.
“Watch his Ajax team and you see his qualities. Congratualations to Erik and wish him all the best. A top class manager, his teams are a joy to watch at a team like Ajax.” Guardiola said of ten Hag.
United are 6th placed on the Premier League standings whilst City lead the league with a point more than Liverpool (77 points against 76).
