Southampton star Mohammed Salisu has finally been included in Ghana’s squad for the upcoming Pre-World Cup friendly matches against Brazil and Nicaragua.
The Ghanaian defender had previously declined Black Stars call-ups to play for Ghana before the team qualified for the 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament in Qatar.
He finally agreed to don the famous Black Stars jersey and represent his Motherland after a long but successful persuasion by Ghana Football Association boss, Kurt Okraku.
Coach Otto Addo has named the Premier League player to feature in the upcoming Ghana games against Brazil and Nicaragua later this month in France.
