Ghana’s Black Meteors beat Dreams FC 2-1 in a friendly at the Accra Sports Stadium on Wednesday.
The Ghana U-23 are preparing for their qualifiers against Mozambique in the CAF U23 qualifiers for Morocco 2023 with the aim of making it to the 2024 Olympics.
Hagan Frimpong and Ishmael Dede handed Ibrahim Tanko’s side the win as Ali Huzaif pulled one back for Dreams FC in a frenetic encounter.
Ghana has failed to make it to the summer Olympic games since Athens in 2004 where they got eliminated from the group stages of the competition with the likes of Asamoah Gyan and Stephen Appiah.
