Black Stars assistant George Boateng, visited Antoine Semenyo as his club Bristol City beat West Brom 2-0 on Tuesday night in a bid to monitor his progress for the World Cup.
Semenyo got an assist in the game and looked comfortable, linking up well with his teammates.
Boateng, who has been watching a few players over the last few weeks, had the opportunity to watch Semenyo closely in England.
The forward is expected to be named in Otto Addo’s provisional squad for the World Cup on Friday. The forward has scored three goals and provided two assists in 11 matches this season so far.
