Crystal Palace Manager Patrick Vieira, has commended Ghana forward Jordan Ayew for his commitment and hard-working spirit at the club.
According to the manager, the Black Stars player is someone who is always happy to be on the field regardless of the position he is being deployed to play in a game.
“Jordan is the type of player that is happy to be on the field regardless of his position,” Vieira said in his pre-match press conference ahead of last weekend’s game against Leicester City.
“He is going to be giving 100 percent to the team. He is one of those players that you call a team player.
“We had a bit of a conversation on that and he liked to be around those positions as well, so that gave us a bit more tactical flexibility – but I like to have players in their best positions and his best position is on the right-hand side.”
The 31-year old attacker, has played 9 league games for Crystal Palace this season, probing one assist in the process.
He is expected to play a huge role in Ghana coach Otto Addo’s setup at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
