Ghana’s opponents Uruguay have growing concern over the fitness of Edinson Cavani.
On Tuesday, Cavani found the net for Valencia against Sevilla but could not play for 90 minutes due to injury. With the tournament set to start on November 20, Uruguay are concerned.
Cavani has three goals and one assist for Valencia.
Ghana and Uruguay will meet on December 2 in a rematch of their 2010 quarter-final match in South Africa, which the South Americans won on penalties.
