Black Stars midfielder Daniel Kofi Kyereh once again missed Freiburg’s game over the weekend against Union Berlin.
The midfielder was reported to be out due to illness ahead of the club’s game against RB Leipzig last week.
Kyereh last played for Freiburg in their Bundesliga win over Schalke 04 last month, coming off the bench.
However, the 26-year-old has missed the club’s last four games raising concerns about his availability for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Kyereh was named in Otto Addo’s initial 55-man squad for the Mundial but his recent absence has been a worry for Ghanaians ahead of the tournament.
Freiburg went ahead to record a 4-1 victory over 10-man Union Berlin at home.
