Senegal coach Aliou Cisse us not happy with the current injury situations in his team.
Left-back Abdou Diallo and defensive midfielder Cheikhou Kouyate were both stretched off as the Terenga Lions lost 2-0 to Netherlands on Monday, November 21.
Cisse says he is sad about the injuries as both players are set to undergo scan on Tuesday.
“I am worried about those who got injured…. for Abdou, it’s a muscular problem and Kouyate twisted his ankle, we need to check and make sure they are ready for the other games.” Cisse told reporters.
Senegal will face host nation Qatar on Friday in a game they cannot afford to lose.
