Ghanaian winger Christian Atsu has stated that he aims to finish his current club season on a high note.
He joined Hatayspor in 2022 after a short spell in the Saudi League and looks to make an immediate impact.
His club started the season poorly but he is confident of an improvement.
“After the teacher came here, there was a union. Everyone started to fight for the team now. You can really see that. We always have a goal, but what I can say right now is of course aiming at the top. We aim as high as we can on the scoreboard. We started the season badly, but then we started doing good things. I believe in the coach, the team, our fans and most importantly myself. I have no doubt that we will finish the season in the best way. I think you will see a Hatayspor above before the season ends,” he said as quoted by kulliyehabe, a Turkish website.
Hatayspor are currently 14th on the league log.
