Dreams FC has successfully secured the services of the highly-talented midfielder, Francis Odoom.
Following the completion of a mandatory medical assessment, Odoom has inked a four-year contract with Dreams FC, becoming the latest valuable addition to their roster.
Joining the ranks alongside him is Steadfast FC’s attacking midfielder, Sulemana Suweidu Suhiyini, who has also committed to a four-year deal with the reigning Ghana FA Cup champions in anticipation of the upcoming 2023/24 league season.
These signings are integral components of Dreams FC’s strategic preparations for the forthcoming 2023/24 CAF Confederation Cup campaign.
Dreams FC’s qualification for the CAF Confederation Cup stems from their triumph in the previous season’s FA Cup, where they emerged victorious over King Faisal Football Club in the final.
Set to embark on their CAF Confederation Cup journey, Dreams FC is scheduled to face off against Guinea’s Milo FC de Kankan in the initial preliminary round. The Dawu-based club will commence their campaign with an away fixture in Guinea between August 18-20, 2023, followed by the return leg at the Accra Sports Stadium from August 25-27, 2023.
The victor of this encounter will progress to the subsequent stages of the preliminary round, potentially facing either AS Dounes or Kallon FC. These final stages are set for September 15-17, 2023, and September 29-October 1, 2023.
