English Championship side Southampton FC are in talks with Belgian Jupiler Pro League side KRC Genk for the transfer of Ghana forward Joseph Paintsil in the ongoing summer transfer.
The 25-year-old winger has emerged as a transfer target for the Championship side with negotiations currently ongoing.
According to Journalist Sacha Tavolieri, ‘The Saint’ are set to offload Nigerian forward Paul Onuachu and would be interested in a swap deal with the Cegeka Arena outfit for their Ghanaian hitman.
The former Ferencvárosi TC attacker has been in top shape for the Belgian club and looks likely to make a switch to England soon.
Meanwhile, Everton are also interested in signing winger Kamaldeen Sulemana from Southampton before the ongoing Summer transfer window shuts.
