The National Sports Authority has responded to allegations made by musician Shatta Wale that they have backtracked on on an agreement made with him.
Shatta Wale in a live Facebook video accused the President’s daughter whose name he didn’t mention of manipulating the agency into giving the Accra Sports Stadium to Stonebwoy within the same time he will be organizing his Freedom Wave Concert.
However, the NAS has said that they have not signed a contract with either Shatta Wale or Stonebwoy for the usage of the Accra Sports Stadium in December 2023.
The NSA said both musicians are no going through the process and are yet to finalized the agreement for the usage of the facility.
“The two of them (Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale), none of them has a contract with us (National Sports Authority).”
“We are yet to sign a contract so don’t bother too much. For now, they are going through the process of getting contract with the NSA, it’s not even done yet,” the NSA said.
