Ghanaian forward Mohammed Kudus had heaped praises on his teammates for helping him to settle at the club very well in the early stages of his career there.
The former AFC Ajax Amsterdam star boy also had great words for his manager David Moyes and the entire staff of the technical team.
“I feel there is a lot under to come from me. Definitely the team, the coaches, everybody around me have helped me a lot to settle in and it feels like a family already,” he said.
“The fans are amazing as well. Credit to everybody around the team for helping me settle well, but I’m still learning and I feel there is more for me to give,” he added.
The Ghana international scored his debut Premier League goal for West Ham in a 2-2 draw with Newcastle at the London Sports Stadium on Sunday.
The 24-year-old came on from the bench to save the day for West Ham after going behind in the second half.
Tomas Soucek gave West Ham the lead by the 8th minute but Alexander Isak scored two quick goals within four minutes after the break to put Newcastle ahead.
He played only 15 minutes of the match and got his team a crucial point at home to the Black and Whites outfit.
