Medeama SC defender, Abdul Hamidu Fatawu has joined the Black Stars at the team’s camping base in Nashville, Tennessee for Ghana’s second International friendly against the United States of America on Tuesday, October 17, 2023.
Abdul Hamidu Fatawu was not in the Black Stars camp for the game against Mexico as he was in action for Medeama’s friendly game against DC United in Washington on Saturday, October 14, 2023.
Hamidu will train with the squad on Monday as Ghana continues to prepare for the clash on Tuesday. Ghana aims to end the International window on a high following the 2-0 loss to Mexico at the Bank of America stadium on Saturday, October 14, 2023,” part of the statement from the Ghana Football Association cited by sportsworldghana read.
Abdul Hamidu Fatawu made his Black Stars debut in an international friendly game against Liberia in September 2023 at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The team will take on the United States of America in the second friendly at GEODIS Park – Nashville, Tennessee on Tuesday, October 17, 2023
